As CEO, Dijana leads ALI's strategic direction, government contracting initiatives, and business development, building a company defined by lasting relationships.

Her career began in medical administration and moved into international trade, where she built expertise in ocean freight imports, freight pricing, and customs coordination. She carried that foundation into aerospace, managing strategic accounts and supporting complex proposals, then advanced into supply chain operations and executive initiatives in aircraft seating manufacturing and fresh produce distribution.

Across those roles, her work supported military installations, correctional facilities, Tribal communities, public schools, and other institutions.

Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dijana came to the United States as a refugee in 1998. Her appreciation for the opportunities this country provided continues to shape her determination, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to conducting business with integrity. Outside of her professional life, she is a devoted wife and

mother, an animal lover, and an avid reader who enjoys painting and traveling.

As Principal Member, Scott provides ALI with financial oversight, strategic direction, and operational expertise.

His career spans nearly three decades in supply chain management and distribution, including nearly two decades in executive leadership. He started on the warehouse floor, rose to president of a regional business within a Fortune 50 distributor, and went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, building and running complex distribution and logistics operations.

In those prior roles, he oversaw operations generating more than $200 million in annual revenue, with fill rates above 99.5% and inventory accuracy of 99.8%. He managed a fleet of more than 150 assets, domestic and international freight, and extensive supplier networks. For more than fifteen years, his work also supported Defense Logistics Agency requirements across multiple states, along with procurement and distribution for public schools, Tribal nations, and other institutional customers.

Away from work, Scott is a dedicated family man whose faith plays an important role in his life. He enjoys playing chess and traveling, and his favorite place to be is anywhere on the water, from boating to tropical islands.
